Electrical Specifications

Our motors are asynchronous and class F insulation. Low loss magnetic laminations are used to provide low heat and high efficiency.By class H insulation and varnish system used in winding, blanks between winding bobbins are completely filled and so effects of vibrations produced are removed.

Operation

Vibration producer counter weights in our motors can be adjusted from %0 %100 and they can be fixed in all positions and operated, give maximum centrifugal force without any problems.

Painting

Motors are painted with RAL 3020 electrostatic powder coating.

Body

Small types of motors are cast aluminium with high alloy and large types of motors are special ferro alloy cast with high mechanical resistance.

Bearing

Special designed bearings for vibration are used which are effective aganist heavy radial load, momentum and vibrations in our motors.

Lubrication

Lithium based long-life special is used for lubrication and thus motor bearings life and maintenance are increased to maximum period.

Terminal box

Terminal box are designed in large size in order to make the electrical connections easier.To prevent damage caused by vibrations, wires are coated with special and seals are used for box cover's leakproff.Cable holder connector has special lock system to prevent slackening caused b vibrations.

Motor shaft

Motor shaft is able to withstand overload and machanical stress, made of special steel.It is designed to make minumum distraction.

Protection

Motor are produced to correspond to IP 66 protection class.

Ambient temperature

Motors operate from -30° C +40° C.
